Text message consent
Oklahoma Wastewater LLC dba Cyclone Septic & Plumbing texts only customers who agree to receive texts. Customers agree by entering their mobile number and checking these boxes, right under it, when they book online at app.cycloneseptics.com/book, or by saying yes on the phone (below):
- Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way updates, invoices and payment links, payment reminders, and septic inspection and pumping reminders. Offers and promotions only for customers who check the second box.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 405-373-1540.
- Agreeing to texts is not required to book or buy.
By phone
Customers call our office at 405-373-1540 to schedule service. This number is shown on our website, on the online booking page and on our trucks and invoices. After booking the appointment, our staff asks for the customer’s mobile number and says:
“We send text messages from Oklahoma Wastewater LLC dba Cyclone Septic & Plumbing to confirm your appointment, let you know when our technician is on the way, send your invoice and payment link, and remind you when your septic inspection or pumping is due. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Is it OK for us to text you at this number?”
Only customers who say yes are texted, and their answer is kept on their customer record. Customers who say no are marked “No texts”.
Online booking
Customers who book at app.cycloneseptics.com/book enter their mobile phone number with the consent boxes right under it, as in this picture:
